With the HMO model KPTwin.plus, you select your network doctor from a doctors’ network. This doctor will then support you in all matters.

If you have the HMO model KPTwin.plus and are ill, always proceed as follows:
1. Check your symptoms:
Your network doctor in the doctors’ network is your first point of contact. You can also call the telemedicine advice centre 24/7 for phone-based assistance.
2. Select treatment steps:
Your network doctor knows your medical history, provides comprehensive advice and coordinates all aspects of your further treatment.
3. Order medication:
With the HMO model, you can order medication from the Zur Rose online pharmacy or visit any pharmacy.
4. Check your treatment plan:
Discuss your treatment plan with your network doctor.
The benefits available with basic health insurance are the same throughout Switzerland and from all health insurers. The insurance covers medically necessary treatments for illness, accident and maternity.
With the HMO model, you select your preferred network doctor in a doctor's network. You also have access to other medical professionals within the network.

With the digital model, you do everything in the Well app: check symptoms, order medication and consult specialists.

With the GP model, your GP is your first point of contact. The Medi24 telemedicine advice centre also offers you advice over the telephone.
Receive a 10 to 21% discount on your monthly premium compared to the standard model.
With the telmed model, you call Medi24, go to your GP practice or visit a partner pharmacy.
Receive a 5 to 20% discount on your monthly premium compared to the standard model.
With the Medi model, the Medi24 telemedicine advice centre is your first point of contact. The Zur Rose pharmacy posts your medication to you.
Receive a 10 to 14% discount on your monthly premium compared to the standard model.
With the standard model, you have a free choice of doctor anywhere in Switzerland. This flexibility does have its price, but the trade-off is complete freedom.
