As the health insurer with the plus factor, we use modern technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) to offer our policyholders useful services. AI applications can help to improve efficiency and create value for insured persons. However, because AI applications can have far-reaching consequences, we have proactively drawn up an AI Policy that defines the framework within which KPT uses AI. We want to oversee the responsible use of this technology and continue to uphold the highest ethical and legal standards.
