With the GP model KPTwin.doc, your GP is your first point of contact. The Medi24 telemedical advice centre also offers you advice over the telephone.

What should you do if you fall ill?
If you have the GP model KPTwin.doc and are ill, always proceed as follows:

Go to your GP. You can also call the telemedical advice centre free of charge 24/7.

Your GP knows your medical history, is able to offer you comprehensive advice and coordinates all aspects of your further treatment.
- To visit a specialist, you need a referral.
- If necessary, you can visit a hospital emergency department. No referral is required.
3. Order medication:
You can order medication from the online pharmacy or visit any pharmacy.
4. Check your treatment plan:
Your GP assists you with all your health matters and will discuss and review your treatment plan with you.
What basic health insurance covers
