Change payment schedule

With eBill, your premium bills appear directly in your e-banking account, where you can pay or reject them with just a few clicks.

How to activate eBill:

• Log in to your e-banking.
• Select e-billing or eBill.
• Find KPT in the list of billing parties.
• Enter your 8-digit policy number (shown on the bill).

Did you know? Your data is protected with eBill.

With direct debit, your bank or PostFinance pays your bill automatically. 

Proceed as follows:

• Complete this form: Payment authorisation with right of contestation – direct debit (PDF)
• Send us the form by post.
• Your bank or PostFinance will automatically debit future KPT bill payments from your account. You do not need to do anything.
• You will receive a bill prior to each debit.

Please note that you can cancel direct debit as a payment method at any time.
