With the chat system, contacting a doctor couldn’t be easier. The chat itself is moderated by AI, but all medical answers come from real doctors based in Switzerland.

Create an account on the DoctorChat page. Enter your name, date of birth and e-mail or phone number then decide whether you want to chat via WhatsApp or SMS.
DoctorChat in a nutshell
All you need to use DoctorChat is a messenger service such as WhatsApp. Using the service couldn't be simpler: log in, ask questions and you're done!
Create an account:
log in online. You will need to specify your gender, age and an e-mail address or phone number.
Start registrationSelect SMS or WhatsApp:
select your preference for using DoctorChat.
Ask a question and submit photos:
formulate a simple, concise question. For example, write:
I have had a headache for two days. What can I do? What medicines help with a cough? You can also send photos.Your question is forwarded:
your question is first submitted to the AI moderator, which then forwards it to a doctor.
Receive a response:
your question will be answered by a doctor, who will give you advice on what to do and the next steps.
