Your premium statement shows you how much you pay for your insurance. The plus factor: all of your premium statements can be viewed in the KPTnet customer portal, where you can also conveniently select your payment schedule – monthly, six monthly or annually.

Do you have any questions about your premium statement? Use this contact information to obtain assistance.
2 Customer number and account details
- We use your customer number to identify you in our accounting systems. Please quote this number in any enquiries about your premium statement.
- If you pay your premium by general or Swiss direct debit, the statement will show the number of the bank or postal account from which we debit your premium.
3 Insured persons and premiums
- This shows the premium for every insured person.
- Your basic health insurance and, where applicable, supplementary insurance plans are separately itemised.
- If we insure multiple family members, you will receive a single statement for the entire family. If there is no family number, each person receives their own statement.
4 Prepayment discount
Do you pay your premium for the entire year up front? Or have you chosen six-monthly billing? Then you will receive a discount:
- Annual billing: 1% discount
- Six-monthly billing: 0.5% discount
5 Your total cost
At the end of the overview, you will see a total amount in Swiss francs. You can pay this amount in various ways. For more information, see Adjust payment methods.
