Report a cancer diagnosis

If your child is covered by Teddy supplementary health insurance from KPT, you can use the online form to report a cancer diagnosis. Once we have received a complete declaration of illness including medical report confirming the cancer diagnosis, we can support you and start paying the monthly benefit to which your child is entitled.
