Admission guarantee insurance

Upon maturity of the policy, you can do one of the following:

1. Take out guaranteed supplementary hospital insurance: you will not be required to complete a health questionnaire.
   
   
2. Select a different hospital ward: would you like to stay on a private ward instead of a semi-private one? If you would like a superior level of cover, you will be required to provide additional information about your health.
   
   
3. Conclude a new contract: you can conclude a new admission guarantee contract. A health check will be required in this case.
   
   
4. None of the above: you can choose not to take out supplementary hospital insurance. Your Sicuranta contract will then end.

No. When your policy is active, you cannot extend or shorten the contract term. You can terminate the contract and take out a new policy. In this case, you will be required to complete another health questionnaire.
