Can I also take out travel and holiday insurance at the last minute?Yes. You can take out travel insurance until just before your departure. For the travel insurance to be valid, the premium must be paid before the trip starts.

Under which circumstances can I cancel the trip due to illness?Travel cancellation insurance covers you for serious illness, accident or the death of yourself or a close relative. The deterioration of an existing condition is also covered if confirmed by a doctor.

What does trip cancellation insurance not cover?Cancellation insurance does not pay out if the trip is cancelled by the provider. It also does not cover events that were foreseeable prior to the booking.

Does holiday insurance cover the whole family?Yes, if you have selected the ‘Family’ version, holiday insurance covers all family members who live in the same household, including children up to 25 years.
